Have you had an experience with RMSP that you want to share?

Perhaps you had the best summer of your life in our Summer Intensive course. Or maybe you learned and laughed a ton with one of our instructors on a workshop, or felt the wave of inspiration at a Photo Weekend. If so, we would love to share your testimonial on our website and/or in our future publications.

Here's What To Do:

  • Put pen to paper ... or actually, put fingers to keyboard. Your written testimonial should be 300 - 500 words typed in a word processing software such as Word or Pages. Make sure to save the file on your computer. You will upload that file along with your image files in this process.
  • Get a headshot. This can be any old photo you have, a profile photo used on another site, or a professional studio shot. It's totally up to you, but keep in mind that close-up, head-and-shoulder-type photos work better than "that's me up there in that hot air balloon" type photos. Please submit the highest resolution file you have available. See preferred specs below.
  • Select your photos. Choose any number of photos you want to submit (but 5-15 is a good number). Our preferred specs for image submissions are JPG files level 10 or higher, resolution of 300, maximum size available to you. Watermarks are OK, but if we decide to publish your Student Focus in a printed publication, we may get in touch and request watermark-free images.

Once you have all your files chosen, you will simply need to create an account here on Submittable, and then upload all chosen files. That's it!

By submitting images here, you agree that:
  • RMSP has permission to use your images
  • You are the sole copyright owner of all images submitted, and none of your submitted images are exclusively licensed to any other person, company, agency or entity;
  • You will receive no remuneration of any kind from RMSP for the use of your images
  • You agree to hold harmless RMSP from any conflict relating to copyright of all digital images submitted;

And RMSP represents that:

  • RMSP hereby releases any claim to copyright of images taken and submitted by you;
  • RMSP shall cease to use your digital imagery and delete your files from all RMSP digital storage devices upon your request;
  • RMSP may cease using your digital imagery and may delete  all files from its digital storage devices at any time without seeking your permission and without notifying you;
  • RMSP will not share your digital imagery with any third party without your permission;
  • RMSP will give photo credit by name each instance your image(s) is/are used.
